Tucked away on the third floor of the historic Washington St. mill in Dover, Stages at One Washington provides a truly unique dining experience. Working closely with local farms Chef Hennessey aims to ignite the senses using a range of flavors, colors, textures and techniques to push the limits of food and technique.

Stages offers a nightly four course prix-fixe menu at our 6 seat Kitchen Table from Tuesday– Saturday from 5:30-9:00 pm. These dinners are a great introduction to Stages’ cuisine and are fun and interactive as you can watch and talk with the chefs as they prepare each course. The cost of the four course menu is $40 and seating is by reservation only. The menu for these dinners changes frequently based on the availability of local ingredients so be sure to check the menu page for what is currently being served.

Additionally, Stages periodically opens up its dining room and offers themed tasting menus. Each of these themed dining events are significantly different and are usually based on a specific inspiration, but could also include hosting guest chefs, breweries or vineyards. The tasting menus are $65 (unless otherwise noted),  with beverage pairings available for $35. A la cart beverages are also available.
