Join our team, we’re currently hiring for:

STAGE, this position works directly with the Sous Chef and Chef and is responsible for maintaining prep levels necessary for service during the day. This position begins as 4 days a week from 10:00-3:00pm for the first two weeks, then transitions into an evening position; 3:00-close and is responsible for our snack courses, first savory course, and our final courses. Other tasks include maintaining the dishwashing station, and projects such as general prep work, curing, fermentation, canning, pickling and organization projects.
